As a result, I can say that I was able to fully meet my goals.
First of all, I was able to maintain my health, jumping at least 200 times every day, and I was also able to try and succeed in some techniques that I had never succeeded in before.
In particular, I was able to achieve the double jump after five years of not being able to jump at all.
Just when I was about to increase the number of times I could jump, I had to go back to Myanmar, and due to the subsequent quarantine of the corona, I have not been able to fly yet, but I will continue to do so depending on the situation.

I was able to maintain good health and understand my physical functions.

I was able to practice a new jumping technique and succeeded.
