Final reflection -meatless Monday-

We are currently ending this activity as of October 1, 2020.

Let me start with some background information. Due to the coronavirus, we had to evacuate to Japan temporarily. And when he returned to Myanmar, it was because the quarantine made it difficult for him to live without eating meat regularly.

I think the reason why it lasted so long is that it became a habit.

Knowing how to make a habit out of it was a huge boon.

The consumption of meat at home has decreased.

Furthermore, during the loose isolation in Japan, this was also very useful.

This activity probably helped keep my weight from going up as my physical activity went through the roof.

I can say that this activity was worthwhile as it generated several unexpected benefits.

Ethics of choice and action

It can be predicted that the amount of carbon dioxide reduction, and the food that should be reserved for humans itself, would have made a significant contribution to the amount of food that should be reserved for humans over a year.

Commitment and perseverance

It's a great accomplishment that we no longer have to endure the habit.

Global Engagement.

Early on, I had a few misconceptions about the concept of Meatless Monday. Before I could correct them, I realized the benefits and reaped the advantages, which helped me to realize the goal of international engagement myself.
